RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a product return or exchange.

  1. This return and exchange policy only cover items purchased at www.nova.com.ph
  2. Item/s with defect or damage may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. Returned items will be subject to inspection and evaluation.
  3. Please email us the following details at nova3@rezostar.com.ph. Kindly wait for our customer service representative to assist you.
    • Customer Name/Company Name
    • Order Number
    • Item/s subject for return/exchange
    • Reason/s of return/exchange
    • Photo/s of item/s subject for return/exchange

     4. Item/s subject for return/exchange must be accompanied by the official receipt that is completely readable. Tampered receipts are not eligible for return/exchange.

     5. Please give us time to process your request for item/s will undergo inspection and evaluation. We will notify you by email regarding updates of your request.

     6. As stipulated in the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the following are not entitled to an exchange:

    • Damage caused by mishandling
    • Change of mind
